At Rival Boxing Gear, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality equipment for your training; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused items within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Gear
Securely pack the items in their original condition and include the RMA form inside the box to ensure your return is identified and processed quickly.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the items back to our distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
